@TfL In a tree lined street 5 minutes walk from Kingston town centre are 100s if not 1000s of parakeets happily tweeting away from every branch. If Greater London air is so polluted with particulates that ULEZ is desperately needed then why is their population clearly thriving?

@MayorofLondon Tyres contribute to 53% of particulate pollution compared to 15% from car emmissions and electric cars are harder on tyres than ICE vehicles. If you really want to clean Londons air start with tyres not scrapping perfectly good cars amid a cost of living crisis!

Especially when the 4000 deaths figure you spout hasn't changed in at least 7 years which proves ULEZ hasn't done anything except make poor Londoners poorer.
