મુખ્યમંત્રી શ્રી ભૂપેન્દ્ર પટેલે રાજ્ય સરકારના કર્મચારીઓના વ્યાપક હિતમાં એક મહત્વપૂર્ણ નિર્ણય કરીને સાતમા પગાર પંચનો લાભ મેળવતા રાજ્ય સરકારના કર્મચારીઓને કેન્દ્રના ધોરણે મોંઘવારી ભથ્થામાં 4 ટકા વધારાનો લાભ તા. 1 જાન્યુઆરી, 2024 થી આપવાની જાહેરાત કરી છે. આ મોંઘવારી ભથ્થાના વધારાનો લાભ રાજ્ય સરકારના, પંચાયત સેવાના તથા અન્ય એમ કુલ 4.71 લાખ કર્મયોગીઓ અને અંદાજે 4.73લાખ જેટલા નિવૃત્ત કર્મચારીઓ એટલે કે પેન્શનર્સને મળવાપાત્ર થશે. મોંઘવારી ભથ્થામાં વધારાની 6 માસની એટલે કે 1 જાન્યુઆરી 2024 થી 30 જૂન 2024 સુધીની તફાવતની રકમ ત્રણ હપ્તામાં પગાર સાથે ચૂકવવામાં આવશે.
