@lauraloveswines I am totally used to post-Brexit rules since it started, as I purchase regularly from all EU nations in addition to other non-EU nations very regularly. Strike or no strike, automating the customs charges should've been implemented by now.

@nicb188 I feel your pain. What's worse is the letter will be dated with the date the package was released from customs and I'm still waiting for the paper based letter to arrive 14 days and counting. After customs are paid it's another 6 days for delivery 😅
