The issue is persisting since years but no help from authorities.

@Flipkart @flipkartsupport I had bought Pureit water purifier. The product was found to be faulty when technician came to install it. It was leaking water.
I have raised multiple requests since 2 yesterday but return of this faulty product is not yet approved.

The behaviour is @flipkartsupport @Flipkart is like a shady company who are selling faulty products and not willing to return now
