@SpiralDee@IwriteOK Think I’m on $300 this year. $150 on new dress pants for work $100 for Hawaiian shirts for work and $50 for a couple of fresh pairs of shorts after I shit one of them and decided to get a backup
@RyanVanCamp @IwriteOK I’m totally cool with chainmail. I’m not knocking chainmail nor am I knocking whip tricks. I’m knocking the guy that says “let’s go pick up chicks” and shows up to a dive bar in chainmail and pretending to be Chris angel and then getting mad at women when he struck out
@IwriteOK I think the most important thing I’ve learned listening to your podcast over the past 6 years is that we all know people you talk about in real life. We all know a “potential hitler.” You listen to his whip tricks and go that guy I bunked with wore chain mail shirts to get girls
@sxnthwave@feraljokes When I lived in the middle of a big city I had two grocery stores, two gas stations, 6 restaurants, and a Walgreens within a 3 block radius. We would go to the store almost every night to get stuff for dinner and it still took less time than it does now that I’m more rural
@mad_max_997@Srirachachau I mean the same guy played two different main antagonists in the franchise because miller wanted one more eye bulge for the (fury) road
@ohwenjonez @RightWingCope Yeah “I failed the asvab” = “I told the recruiter some shit that even he was like ‘even I’m not going to try and tell you to lie about that’”
@steff5001 Between rounds, so technically game 1. It’s more superstition since all 4 colress find each other inevitably and to make sure I didn’t drop a card
@BobBobbyBobBobs @MovieHooligan I think the only acceptable “old man yells at cloud” that I do is lamenting that “kids today” never got to be kids without electronic devices pinpointing their locations. The best part of being a kid was sneaking around and trying not to get caught
@BobBobbyBobBobs @MovieHooligan You’re never safe from it even if you try to be aware of it. Even trying I still occasionally find myself saying “well back in my day you had to BLOW on the Nintendo” and then my hip makes a cracking noise.
@hobbitrevolt@lelregi@esjesjesj Except that isn’t how war works. It’s not a game of Warhammer where if you table your opponent you win. He’s spouting what a ten year old thinks war is from a position as a “genius” and people are like “no, he’s got a point.”
He doesn’t because he doesn’t know anything
@Azumanga@KatyPTCG As much as the “four charizard variants in a set” frustrates me, I do like that doing it that way generally keeps the game fairly affordable. I blinged out lost box last year for like $80 and I pulled everything for ancient box from a box and that’s the only two decks I play
@Miiguelangel507 @BadMedicalTakes@DrWalterspores Like I’m not a money person and I don’t care about status or luxury items but going from just getting by to having enough to not worry about anything solves like 80% of my problems. The other 20% becomes manageable because of it. So idk maybe aiming for people to not having to
