Writing the wrong data on the package, sending dummy package around for days, calling people from andaman smugglers, and now no response to emails as well. What is the way to get attention and work this out?

It has been in the same place since April 5th, what is the hold up? What excuse do you have? Even my emails are getting lost now? Or you guys just don’t care?

@DTDCIndia I have raised complaints on call, here on twitter, but no one from the team seems to care. The issue is under process for the last one week and yet no results. Please return the package instead in the exact way it was shipped out. Can’t be using your service anymore.

@DTDCSupport @DTDCIndia Your team has been repeatedly disconnecting the call, sometimes there is a server error, then senior not available, and when you don’t have an answer then just be silent and disconnect the call. If i respond rudely once, that is issues. Only you guys have all kind of authority?

.@DTDCIndia i had sent out a parcel to andaman on the 5th of march from Bangalore. I choose express delivery so that the parcel gets delivered soon i.e i paid extra. It has been 13 days now & i have not gotten a response from you guys even after repeatedly calling customer care.

I raised a concern on friday, i was told i will get the resolution in 24hours and the ticket itself wasn’t raised, on 16th the ticket was raised and again was told will get a response in 24hours, nothing happened. Today i called up again, this time it was 30mins n again nothing

@EcomExpress_Ofc my package (shipment no 30257896999) is said to be delivered on September 15th, but i haven't received any package. I have written to the customer care twice but haven't received any response.

Similar incident have been happening with so many of us & we are just left numb. Never thought I will say Bangalore is unsafe.
@bhash please look into this, we rely on travel providers like @Olacabs for commute and such incidents make us doubt ourselves. Disgusted. NUMB.

Heard too many such instances from friends in the last two years. #Bangalore is becoming more unsafe by the day for women to travel alone. This is just purely disgusting.

In a city that I call home made me feel extremely unsafe today.
Took an @Olacabs around the usual time after work only to be with a driver who had the audacity to think he could masterbate in front of me.
He kept at it thinking I hadn't noticed and kept at it.
