While boarding 13168 train due to unprofessional system in digital board in varanasi platform we felt tremendous harassment...This is failure of Indian railway..They can't guide its passengers showing correct coach number in digital board...It's pathetic...

@RailwaySeva I appreciate for your help...Hope I will get best service for rest of the journeys...I want neat and clean coach and obviously the toilet should be clean....This is mandatory in this pandemic situation..

@IRCTCofficial I am traveling right now in train number 12864(PNR:4321166885) in coach A1(Class2A)...There is no attendant in A1 coach...People from General are entering in A1 coach and they are making gathering infront of toilet...In this pandemic situation it's not expected
