Greetings from the Panorma lounge Lufthansa, Frankfurt one of the most unique lounges that that I have ever visited, it looks like a posh or a high end European house with different rooms and is built on around 1100 sq feet area.

A little google says space was originally used as the airport’s private VIP club before Lufthansa acquired and leased it. Because of this VIP history, the architecture is quite different from typical expansive airport lounges, even washrooms were having an exquisite interior.

Frankfurt airport is just a delight with Star Alliance Gold!

VFS does have edit rights and can edit it at their end but they push you towards Premium Lounge + scare you with this can lead to rejection, as it's mapped to appointment etc.

Don't worry or fall for the same. France Embassy website clearly states you can submit the new form and let the old form remain in system etc.
