I spent three hours going back and forth today with your support trying to deal with this, and wwhen I finally did get an answer, they say that you won't honor the guarantee because equipment is functioning as expected, never mind that I am disabled and can't use it. Liars!
@ADT your six month guarantee is a scam. I am a blind customer, ordered the pro install, worked out it doesn't work for me because of the touch panel, but you refuse to return the money for the equipment even though what I want is to move to a more accessible system in ADT+.
@nbcbayarea As a blind person and former dog handler, I do think there is an issue, but it is mainly caused by blind dog handlers and schools refusing to adopt an ID system to help differentiate real from fake dogs, which would also alleviate the issue of drivers having allergies
@nbcbayarea As a blind person myself, and former dog user, I think the blind community is mostly at fault for the denials, and are unwilling to make changes that could address both driver concerns and dog handlers.
@FirstTechFed
maybe I'll start reaching out to news stations as well. I have your calls logged and all the messages I've sent, I know how long it's been since I first reached out, and I've not had resolutions. I've only had my accounts closed.
So it seems that not only does @FirstTechFed discriminate against users with disabilities with their inaccessible apps and site, but they also will close your accounts if you complain too much. I am sad, and will be seeking representation. They will not get away with this.
In that two years, @firsttechfed has reached out to me with promises that things would improve. Lies! All lip service. Your app has worsened. Thank you for your discrimination.
@FirstTechFed discriminates against blind people by making their apps inaccessible. for blind people I reached out to them 2 years ago to provide a list of issues, and instead of getting better, the Android app is worse. Shame on you,. I’d urge anyone using them to reconsider.
