@kensycoop Maybe it's the regular old model: when communicative cues are limited in one aspect, compensate in another. So, volume compensates for lack of, say, physical and verbal naunces?
@kensycoop We're not doing enough greeting these days to override this habit with a new one. Habits are contextually cued, but we can't practice these new behaviors in the old context. At least, not rn.
