@DVLAgovuk Thanks for replying Ingrid. It is hugely disappointing as I had expected a digital experience and the ability to speak to someone. It seems the @DVLAgovuk does not have business continuity planning. I hope lessons have been learned and serious improvements planned.

Still have a lot to learn about cricket but I have huge admiration for the #WestIndies cricket team for coming over to the UK to play for their country, isolating for 14 days, taking a 50% payout for their sport.
