@BtrClngrUBetcha @DHSgov @ICEgov Yeah. ICE is not focusing on the "worst first." They just grab Hispanic people off the street and ask about immigration status and criminal history later. They say that is the policy but it is not the practice. I see it in my own community.

@BtrClngrUBetcha @DHSgov @ICEgov Prisons do hand over undocumented people that have served prison sentences. ICE puts a detainer on the individual. The "sanctuary" designation typically means that the local police stick to police work, and do not assist in federal immigration enforcement.

A day after murdering a 1-year-old baby the police returned to the scene of the crime they committed to protect capital (Walmart) and tear-gas the community. There is no reforming a system that is this barbaric and inhumane.
