@parcelforce my parcel PBPV9480998001 shows "delivered" to J Earding (no idea) no address given for this person, no card left to say where parcel is. Your site says "our driver will have left a note", they didn't. And there's just a blurry photo of a box as "proof of delivery"???

@iain_reitze @wheely @Uber You shouldn't trust uber either. They steal from their customers and exploit their workers. Any issues with them (of which there are many) and they just stonewall you with automated responses.
