@currys hi, how do we make a complaint about miss-selling on store? Told we get free Sky Stream for 9months but sales assistant signed us up to a direct debit without telling us this was this case.
@O2 Thanks for confirming g. You might need to train your call centre staff a little better so they know this and customers aren’t inconvenienced like this.
@O2 So can’t I move the sim from my old phone over, I’ll need a new one? I did the upgrade on the phone with O2 so I’m not clear what I’m meant to do here. You didn’t send me a new sim with the upgrade.

@Tesco can I have multiple orders booked on different payments cards in my account? I ordered something for a work event on a work card and worried if I’ve added a personal order with a personal card the payment details update in all my orders??
@DFSCare husband had to drive to Dudley… we updated our order. Have had an email to say original finance cancelled and a new application to sign? Is this normal?
@DFSCare how can I get in touch with your Dudley branch? Only number I’ve been given loops back round to customer services so our only option is driving there to resolve a second failed delivery.

@stwater hi we moved within area to a new house. Called to inform you and was told you’d send a letter re payment as previous occupant had “set up an account for us” (feels like a breach of GDPR that they can do that?). We’re 3 wks in & we’ve not had a letter so…?
