@O2 How is that what should be a simple quick easy task of swapping one O2 pay monthly out of contract Sim for a new pay monthly Sim you have to wait 24 hours for the number to get ported from old Sim to new one. Deliberately did the process over the weekend, it did not happen.

@Melanie_Walsh @O2 I had two numbers for two Separate sims one went through OK the other seems to have done but is not working correctly at all, my wife is currently on a call with them and I can hear that she is asking to make a complaint!
