I had an extremely unsatisfactory encounter with @SwiggyInstamart . I placed an order for a few items, but unfortunately, I received two defective products valued at around 800 Rs. Astonishingly, my request for a refund or replacement was disregarded and they closed the ticket!

Out of those two defective items, one of them was practically expired, and the other was infested with bugs and in a rotten state.
