Colonial Viceroy of KPK, Faisal Karim Kundi, is suggesting that since Murad Saeed absconds, his family can be arrested, tortured or even forcibly evicted from their entitled house. Such collective punishment contradicts the clear command of the Quran: “No bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another” (Surah Al-An‘am 6:164). It also violates the principles of individual liability and due process, as well as the constitutional guarantees of dignity, liberty and the inviolability of the home under Articles 4, 9, 10A and 14 of the Constitution of Pakistan. An alleged absconder’s liability is his own; his family cannot be punished by association

CONSEQUENCES of IRAN BORDER CLOSURE: Silly, knee jerk, thoughtless decisions which damage Pakistan’s economic interests & also detrimental for people of Pakistan, who suffer the most because of exorbitant energy price! Is there RATIONAL Explanation for sudden closure & opening?

🇵🇰 EXCLUSIVE: IMRAN KHAN'S SONS SAY THE PAKISTANI GOVERNMENT IS TRYING TO KILL THEIR FATHER!

I spoke again with Qasim and Sulaiman Khan, and this conversation was the most heartbreaking.

Not only is their father, the former Prime Minister of Pakistan, still in solitary confinement, but his three courageous sisters, Aleema, Uzma and Noreen, have now also been arrested

And when @PTIofficial supporters hit the streets, many were arrested, beaten, and even killed!

Imran Khan’s sons say they haven't spoken to their father in over 6 months, nobody has seen him for 2 months, and they're increasingly worried about his deteriorating health.

I asked them the hardest question of all: Do they still believe they’ll ever see their father again?

Qasim admitted, he has very little hope, but they will never stop fighting

I told them both I wouldn't give up hope.

And I meant it.

🇵🇰 Imran Khan’s sons say Pakistan’s government wants their father DEAD... and he fears ending up like Egypt’s Mohamed Morsi

Three years of pressure never broke him into a deal that would end his political career, so the plan now, as Qasim Khan and Sulaiman Khan see it, is to make him vanish from public life, and they haven’t forgotten the bullets fired at him before he was ever jailed:

“It’s very clear they want him dead.”

If Islamabad wants to put those fears to rest, the fastest way is opening that cell to his family and independent doctors.

Atleast read it before tweeting. From January 2023 to March 2024 it was interim Government ib KPK. This report is from Sep 21, 2023 till Sep 13, 2023. 2 to 3 months of PTI Government and 9 to 10 months of Interim Government. But you have so conveniently mentioned PTI Government

Do not get involved or fall into the trap of blaming and attacking the likes of Murad Saeed, Sohail Afridi or anyone else for that matter. This narrative is being pushed by the regime, with the aim of picking us off one by one.
Instead, stand by your party, its leaders and your colleagues with grace, dignity and unity.
Take careful note of those pushing the regime’s agenda by creating further divisions and chaos under the guise of blame games.
Dividing us is their strategy. Standing united MUST be ours!

[Barrister Abuzar Salman Niazi @SalmanKNiazi1]

The state is labelling Murad a terrorist and a facilitator of the TTP despite the fact that he was raising his voice against the proposed TTP settlement in Swat in August 2022 and mobilising the public against it. For doing so, he was threatened, chased and pursued and his life was put at risk. The irony is glaring: the man who opposed the Taliban’s return is now being portrayed as their facilitator

BREAKING 🚨🚨🚨🚨 Pakistan's US-trained regime reportedly using live fire to put down the historic pro-democracy protests

@State_SCA @CIA @CENTCOM
@NATO @EUatUN must condemn & cut all ties with dictator Asim Munir or be complicit

#SOSPakistan

[PTI @PTIofficial]

General Asim Munir has turned Pakistan into a banana republic.

The elected Chief Minister of millions of citizens of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Sohail Khan Afridi is still missing after he was taken by uniformed personnel from his official residence. His family has filed a writ petition before the Peshawar High Court for his recovery.

#EndEnforcedDissapearences

[PTI @PTIofficial]

In Bara, security forces fired live ammunition directly at unarmed demonstrators, leaving behind scenes of blood and chaos as citizens fled for safety.

Under General Asim Munir, peaceful protest in Pakistan continues to be met with lethal state violence.

[Kasim Khan @Kasim_Khan_1999]

Horrifying footage appears to show police firing directly at PTI protesters, leaving civilians wounded. Why? Demanding the release of their elected political leader and standing by democracy.

Those responsible for ordering and carrying out this brutality must be held accountable. Relentless bloodshed and fearmongering from Asim Munir’s petrified regime. Scared people often lash out with the most cruel brutality, and that’s what we’re seeing here. A man terrified to lose power, and terrified of his own people’s will.

The world must watch and take action. We absolutely must take a united stand against tyranny and evil.
