@TalkTalk Hi Vicky, we spoke to someone today as we had another letter through about our 'cancellation' again quoting £178. The advisor today said this would be taken and then refunded as we've been put down as a cancellation and new contract.

@TalkTalk 2/2 and you want to charge us £178, which you may refund after we move, for our old contract. We don't want a new contract, we just want to move house! Can you sort please so we aren't charged when it's a continuation of service?

Hi @TalkTalk we're moving house and the new tenants for our old house triggered a cancellation of our service with you. We've then spoken to you to arrange connection at the new house. But your advisor today has said it's a cancellation and new contract 1/2
