Baidu’s chip unit Kunlun is reportedly targeting a $50B valuation for its Hong Kong IPO.
$BIDU owns about 58% of it.
That stake alone would be worth roughly $29B, while Baidu’s entire market cap is only around $37B

The Singapore charging and battery swapping standard SS 722, which NIO played a key role in developing, has now been officially launched.
This should also help remove regulatory barriers for NIO vehicles to offer battery swapping services in Singapore in the future.
It is worth noting that NIO has not only taken a leading role in drafting multiple battery swapping standards in China, but has also participated in the development of battery swapping standards in several overseas countries, including Germany.

Follow up: Why would the CN government prefer a standardised swap system? It would mean that all cars being exported from CN would be swap capable.
When consumers then consider a car from other countries vs CN swap-capable cars, wouldn't it be better to have the swap option?
Consider that vehicle taxes will be based on vehicle weights. Would it not be advantageous to choose the lightest battery to swap often?
Or potentially since the battery is rented, perhaps the battery weight is not considered at all?
Macquarie: Strong adoption of NIO's battery-swapping system and economies of scale will strengthen its competitive moat. Maintains an outperform rating with a target price of $7.00
(FWIW)
The false narratives about $NIO prospects are increasingly falling apart and people are waking up to the opportunity.
This is the rocket fuel that can elevate the stock, if NIO continues to execute on the thesis that we've long-term retail holders have seen since many years.
