Founder @ Eat Breathe Smile / Certified Wellness & Manifestation Coach
I believe our health, our mind and our reality are far more connected than we realise
I’m building a wellness brand.
I’m also a health and manifestation coach.
And I’m writing a book about manifestation.
Sounds like three completely different things.
I don’t think they are.
The more I work with people and learn from my own journey, the more convinced I become that our health, mind and reality we experience are deeply connected.
I’m here to explore that connection and share what I learn while building a company along the way.
@TheCoachRaj At least for women, fat is really important. It keeps them satiated. It impacts their skin as well as hormones so a right combination of protein, fat, carbs, and fibre is highly essential for women
I would actually say eat this if this is what you want, but have one puri, have the potato sabzi, put some sprouts on the side or add a little paneer, and you'll be fine. If you just stick to calorie deficit as your first step, you'll know how to manage these days when you want to eat something different. Instead of demonising it, embrace it
@thriveminds1 Only now I understand why I never got a result. All through my 30s I would work out 1 to 2 hours a day, 6 days a week, be at it: zero recovery, zero rest. It's so underrated what rest and recovery can do to your body and to your fitness
100%, I agree with you. When I see “even exposed, no junk, no this, no that, 365 days, let's go,” I think that's a lot of pressure. It's absolutely okay for that 8% of your life to enjoy yourself, forget about following all the rules of a healthy life, and just try to find balance and joy. Those things are as important
I started fitness because I was always called the fat girl all through my school and college years and I did it to once have the body that I wanted. Years later it gave me my certification as a health coach. It gave me my successful career as a wellness entrepreneur in India. It gave me the confidence that if I can achieve this I can achieve anything. I mean so many things in my life. Fitness was the foundation; workout was the foundation
@RoyVeda1 And also when the leptin resistance kicks in, which happens for a lot of people when they go on some crazy crash diet, these cravings come back in a way that you don't want
Word switches that rewired my brain patterns and played a HUGE role in my 300%+ growth as a wellness founder
“I’ll never know how.” → “I don’t know YET. I can learn.”
“What if orders don’t pick up?” → “People ARE ordering. I need to just communicate better.”
“What if I’m not meant for this?” → “Then universe wouldn’t have given me the awareness to pursue it.”
“What if I’m not successful?” → “Things I thought would never happen, HAVE happened. This can too.”
What you repeat becomes what you believe → that leads to the right action + right energy → and that can create great outcomes :)
@docopriyaa I think when you invest in making certain recipes and menus that you love, which are healthy, then you completely change your mindset about it. This was my experience as a human and now I'm teaching people as a health coach 🙂
@kimianora For me it was 18 hours of migraines, 2 years of insomnia, and massive gut issues, all in my early 30s, which actually made me a health coach in the process. Thankful for that but nobody needs to go through it to actually learn to take care of their mental health
@DocArteaga I think most realise only when, in some form, health catches up with them and they get sick. Sadly we don't need to feel that to know the importance of having great health
Tell me about it. When I had 2 years of insomnia in my early 30s, that's when I actually learned the power of sleep, what it did to my body, how it destroyed me. Thankfully I got out of it just by working on my lifestyle and my mental health but it was the best learning about how important and powerful sleep is
Oh you will have to say this again and again and again. They will think it's our responsibility to make them achieve it. It's only our responsibility to partner them in the process and give them the right tools. One thing I learned as a health coach is that you need to make this super clear and create these boundaries with all clients 🙂
@itsVarsha5911 Having water: measure it and you'll know how much hydration you needed and then your body will just give you a sign when you're dehydrated 🙂
@maxlugavere Correctly measuring your calories on a day-to-day basis is the best way to actually know what calorie deficit is and what calories you're consuming. For a long time I made this mistake and I thought weight loss was hard. Fat loss was hard. It was my process
@Dwriteway And honestly people don't even remember when you promoted it yesterday. I used to feel I'm repeating a lot till I realised that most people don't even remember so you got to repeat it every day unapologetically
