@mgtruth@AJCathcart@BBCMarkSimpson There are bans on alcohol, pit fires and BBQ none of which are enforced. It’s managed by NIEA ( DAERA) who in recent years stopped yoga , fitness groups etc using the beach, groups which gave a lovely community atmosphere, whilst doing very little about the anti social behaviour
@updick1@purdypols A female can carry out an intimate search with consents. You do know females attend post mortems, scrape body parts off tarmac and so on, the sight of a willy won’t disturb I can assure you. But u carry on pearl clutching and the girls with carry on 💪🏻
@updick1@purdypols Your point is female officers should not be required to search a trans female. You believe trans is a mental illness. Mental illness has nothing to do with a search. Females can pat down any male when operationally necessary. And yes if opeationally necessary whilst not pleasant
@updick1@purdypols No consent needed for routine/street search. No consent needed for a strip or intimate search when authorised by a senior officer. If someone clearly showing signs mental illness then routine search is essential to recover items which they could use to harm themselves for ex
I think female officers would be more indignant at being portrayed as delicate flowers needing protecting. Maybe John should ask a few Officers before commenting. Oh wait……he’s a politician now so every bandwagon is fair game .
Paedophile Jeffrey Donaldson wrote notes for an acquittal speech while sitting in the dock of his trial for child rape and incident abuse.
The notes included the line ‘I’m going home to Eleanor’.

@StephenNolan Binge watched it Stephen. A rollercoaster of emotions from laughing to crying. That last episode was tough. Drugs / mental health laid bare. What a great bunch of police too. Well done to them ! Poor Jade had no money on her card 🤦♀️🤣
Minimum wage in 2005 was £5.05 and a Freddo was 10p. Meaning that one hour of work got you 50 Freddos.
Fast forward to 2025, minimum wage is £12.21 and a Freddo is 35p. Now one hour of work will only get you 34 of them.
That's a 142% rise in pay but a 250% rise in frog shaped chocolate bars.
If wages had kept up with the price Freddos, the minimum wage would be £17.50 an hour.
The economy’s in shambles and yes I’m measuring it in chocolate frogs. But this post is about more than that. Too many people are working full time and struggling to survive because absolutely everything is increasing faster than wages.
Something needs to change.
