@flyethiopian My name is niraj kotecha i landed mumbai thru flight no et 610 , my seat no was 4a , while landing my samsung s23 plus slipped from the arm rest and had fallen down , myself along with the flight crew try to look below the seats but did not find it .

@canarabank U both companys have such a thick skin that after a year neither we have rcvd money and nor we have rcvd claim rejection letter.
