@flipkartsupport Helpless and clueless support, just wasted another few minutes posting it here. You already delayed by 6 days and still no update or eta yet. And you had closed the complaint too. I have cancelled the order now
@Flipkart@flipkartsupport Product delivery delayed by 5 days and still not delivered. And no idea when it will be done. Support also doesn't have an answer, an ETA. Was told callback will happen in 24hrs. Its 40hrs no call yet and I called 4 times and nothing useful yet.

Even to their leadership this issue is raised and they are least bothered and lethargic to resolve. Amex support used to be good now its worst multiple issues faced similar experience. Terrible support who keeps giving false promises #ccgeeks#amex

@AskAmex@AmericanExpress@AmericanExpress @AskAmexIN — still being charged unnecessary penalty/finance fees for a mistake on Amex’s side. Even after approval to waive them, nothing’s done and charges multiplied next cycle. Absolutely pathetic support — wouldn’t recommend Amex anymore. #AmexFail
