Need of hour is to ensure Work Life Balance. A branch of 2-3 persons expect to manage daily footfall of 300-400!! Then 3rd party products, then Loan Mela/Login Days/Camps etc & even somehow when they survive whole week, bank executives calls them on Holidays!!
