@SingaporeAir - I traveled from KUL to SIN to BOM with a bike bag checked-in and to my dismay the bike bag hasn’t arrived in BOM yet. It’ll be close to 10hours since arrival and the best I get is “still tracing”. Expected better from you, especially with 6h layover!

@SingaporeAir @SingaporeAir- these are not MY baggage concerns. I had done my duty as a passenger to reach the airport 150mins ahead of the departure, gotten it checked at oversize luggage counters, took relevant images of the stub as well. After 12 hours people don’t know if it’s in KL or SG!
