The axe for sure. I mean think about it. The skulls are rotting so they will be a lot softer to penetrate . You won’t have to worry about it getting stuck in the skull and compared to a bat You would have to hit one of the rotters in the head multiple times to bring it down and when you’re in a pinch and there’s multiple surrounding you, you don’t wanna have to spend multiple hits trying to take out one, you want one good clean cut so you can move onto the next plus, you don’t want a loud weapon to draw more. Not only that but a chainsaw would require gas, which there will be short supply of within months since gas is no longer usable….After like three months I think ? the shotgun will require bullets, which is also still loud. Plus ace has multiple purposes which can help build shelter and cut rags and cut firewood for fires 🔥
