@amazonIN I have CCTV footage of the delivery agent who came to deliver the product. His body language was not right. This is not acceptable. Why should I suffer for this? I have raised a return request for the single bulb. Please refund my money for all 8 of them. I’m done.

@amazonIN I had ordered 8 Philips ceiling lights but received one bulb. The wrong product was sent. The delivery agent rushed to provide the OTP saying it is not open box delivery. My father provided the OTP and he handed the box. Upon opening, we saw the wrong item was delivered

@Swiggy I raised an issue for refund of 2 items in my order and got refund for 1 item. The other item shows refund is completed but there is no RRN number and it is not reflecting in my bank statement. Your CS representative is not providing the RRN. The bank is asking for RRN.

@SwiggyCares @Swiggy If a refund is processed already, there must be a RRN. I have 2 refunds. I received refund #2 of Rs 48 and it has a RRN showing on the app. The refund #1 of Rs 70 does not have a RRN and is not showing in my bank statement. I called the bank and they’re asking for RRN to check.
