The list is huge of their service to Islam.

Do they have mistakes, and sins? Yes they do, we all do. So we ask Allah to guide them to the straight path, to give them good advisers and to rectify their affairs.

This is the dua that Fudayl ibn Iyyad and Imam Ahmad would make for their rulers. For Allah to rectify their affairs, because their rectification is rectification of the Muslims and the Land.

But they are the best islamic nation we have had since the era of the Umayyad Khilafa.

That is the reality.

Read history, after the Umayyad khilafa, kufr entered the various nation's to differing degrees, the kufr of believing the Speech of Allah is created, and then the Kufr of Grave worship, and the kufr of believing Allah is in every place in His essence (wahdat ul wujud), the kufr of Sacrificing to Other than Allah

The list is endless of the kufr and shirk that effected the various Muslim leaders and nations like with the Abbasids enforcing the belief that speech of Allah is created or with ottomans enforcing grave worship and killing those who refuted grave worship.

Sure it wasn't everyone and their were good leaders alhamdulilah, and alot of the leaders were ignorant and were deceived by the evil advisers.

The Ummah was still upon islam alhamdulilah, but these doubts had crept in, and at some points shirk was even enforced by the state on the people at swordpoint.

That is why, Shaykh Allammah Rabi' Ibn Hadi Al-Madhkhali Hafidhahullah said:

"I do not know (in history) a nation established upon tawhid and teaching tawhid after the Rightly Guided Khulafa and Umayyad Sultanate the likes (likeness) of Saudi Arabia"

So we defend the truth, we don't care if you call us bootlickers for it, we defend the Quran and Sunnah in our dealings with the rulers.

At a time where there is so much hatred for the Saudi rulership, people calling for the murder of the Saudi rulers, rebellion, chaos and pillaging destroying Muslim lands,

It is important for us to clarify misconceptions the Muslims may have regarding Saudi and what they have done for islam.
