@fsitaliane treno 8862 in partenza da Civitanova Marche per Milano alle 10.58 dal bin 3
1) alle 10.45 arriva un intercity per Ancona non annunciato e senza aggiornare lo schermo. Confusione sul binario
2) alle 10.50 vanno i tilt tutti gli schermi della stazione

Il capotreno comincia a fischiare la partenza pur vedendo che ci sono ancora persone non a bordo.
4) Accompagnavo una persona quindi a treno partito rimango sul binario e faccio presente ad un impiegato di FS che quello che è appena successo è un pessimo servizio al cliente.
