Pharmacies do stupid stuff regularly.
One told a patient multiple times they didn't have the prescription doc sent, bunch of back and forth, found out they were using the word prescription incorrectly, they meant it was out of stock. Patient and doc were livid.
That is a complete lie and a malicious distortion of my words. I never once said anything remotely like that, and twisting a discussion about medical accountability into that kind of vile statement is a textbook bad-faith straw man.
People like you refuse to look at anything beyond black-and-white thinking because you can't handle the reality that multiple things can be true at once: she is responsible for her actions, but her mental health care team and doctors also share in the blame for failing those children and ignoring explicit warnings.
If you can't debate facts without resorting to outright lies and public smearing, just say that.
