Hey @airindiain why don't you guys prioritise baggage release for business class passenger's, still waiting for my baggage! Economy is out

[Nathan @nithinsworld]

@IndiGo6E I have just wasted 45 minutes of my time, explaining..I dont expect any service at all .

[Nathan @nithinsworld]

@IndiGo6E i have a hand bag which is 6 kg..and a luggage which is 9 kg..clause know you be what should says.. "Read the tweet"

[Nathan @nithinsworld]

@IndiGo6E you do realise you are making a fool of yourself, I am a veteran traveller & I know what I have..fix ur shit first at the counter

[Nathan @nithinsworld]

@IndiGo6E it's not excess baggage.. All i have is a normal bag of 9 KGS.

[Nathan @nithinsworld]

@IndiGo6E the usual diplomatic no solution answer

[Nathan @nithinsworld]

@IndiGo6E I just used this facility in Dxb airport two days back!!!

[Nathan @nithinsworld]

@IndiGo6E i have already checked in with all details, a counter to drop bags and check documentation, why have online checkin?

[Nathan @nithinsworld]

So @IndiGo6E you have 7 staff manning 3 counters for 6E047 to DXB the second staff literally watching the screen #fail #poorcustomerservice

[Nathan @nithinsworld]

@IndiGo6E please train your people to be a bit more courteous at the check in station @DelhiAirport
