Shocking experience on Train No. 12488 Seemanchal Express at Patliputra Junction.

Despite having confirmed AC 2 Tier tickets (the highest class available on this train), my family and I were unable to board. Hundreds of students had occupied the entrances, the doors of A2 coach were not opened, and there was complete chaos on the platform.

We were travelling with our 1-year-old baby, who was crying throughout the ordeal. There was no effective assistance from RPF or railway staff despite the situation being clearly out of control.

What is the purpose of paying for a confirmed AC ticket if passengers cannot even enter their coach?

The attached video shows what passengers had to face. We missed our journey despite reaching the station on time. We request a full refund and accountability from the authorities.

अश्विनी वैष्णव ने रेलवे का सत्यानाश कर दिया ,

जलपाईगुडी रामनगर रूट पर एक लड़का ट्रेन से गिर गया यात्रियों ने चैन पुलिंग की लेकिन ट्रेन नहीं रुकी!

चैन पुलिंग - सिर्फ आपात स्थिति में चैन पुलिंग खींचे अन्यथा सजा व जुर्माना लग सकता है।

आपातस्थिति - चैन पुलिंग खींची ट्रेन रुकी ही नहीं अब किसको सजा और जुर्माना लगाया जाए या सिर्फ चैन पुलिंग करने पर ही सजा जुर्माना तुरंत लगता है ,

TTE और हेल्पलाइन के जरिए भी मदद मांगी लेकिन कोई मदद नहीं हुई ,

बहन रोती ,चीखती-चिल्लाती रही लेकिन रेलवे प्रशासन ने कोई मदद नहीं की इतना लचर रेलवे प्रशासन है।

This drama countinue every single day, no accountability nothing. 1000s of compaints there but @amofficialCRIS
@RailMinIndia @RailwaySeva failed to solve it.
