@SwiggyCares support and delivery has become worst now.
Order showing delivery in 20 mins doesnt get delivered for 75 minutes and support is as useless as anything.
Sad to see the fall of a good brand.

I still cannot believe that I can:
- look at a world map and tap anywhere to zoom in at street level
- instantly access any song, book, movie, tv show, or podcast ever made
- have any conceivable question and get an immediate answer or video explanation
- take a photo or video wherever I am and add it to my massive, searchable, always accessible personal archive
- video call anyone in my life, at anytime, no matter where they are
- watch live sports on a little wireless glass rectangle
- type out these thoughts and have them read by thousands of people, all over the world, a few seconds later
@manasjsaloi Agreed. Usually, be it ChatGPT or Claude, they also start somewhat hallucinating after 15-20 messages. I usually start a new conversation and provide the context and code again for reference and continue probing.
I've maintained a list of 20 guiding principles for life over the last 10 years.
Sharing it to close out 2024.
1. Read. Non-fiction and fiction both. Classics and modern. Few important people aren't voracious readers.
2. Be curious. Seek truth. Learn to read a research paper. Use AI. Understand statistics. Always think from first principles. Never ever be afraid of asking a dumb question.
3. Keep your identity small. Like Paul Graham says. The more labels you attach, the harder it is to grow. Know your biases, keep updating your beliefs.
4. Time is the great equalizer. Some people may have more or less privilege but everyone has the same time. Use it wisely. Don't watch mindless short form content. Watch great film and pop culture classics.
5. Health is the foundation. You don't have to be perfect. Don't put in more than you will get out. But achieve six pack level body fat at least once. Lift weights. Run long distances. Learn how a diet works. If you can't take care of yourself, how can you take care of anything else. Genetics and culture is not an excuse. Learn basic blood test and disease history and prevention.
6. Education is important. No one likes signaling but signaling matters. You may need the right brands to get your foot in the door. But don't let it define you.
7. Write or create. In the world of the internet, your thoughts to your five friends often mean less than your thoughts to the world. Write about what you read. What you think. What you found. What you learnt. Write. Share. Otherwise, do video.
8. Basic skills toolkit: type fast, drive, cycle, swim, cook, clean, personal finance, diet, exercise, speech (very important!), listen, writing, grooming, basic fashion, basic dance, common games (chess, poker), common sports (pick), learn a language, meditate / yoga, code a little
9. Foster relationships with friends, both strong and weak. Maintain strong ones over time. Don't be afraid to sever ones that hold you back. Keep making a point to meet new and different people with no incentive. Let new people you meet speak more than you. Perfect your intro. Don't be afraid to ask for their info. Follow up.
10. Keep busy. An idle mind is a devil's workshop. Whether it's work, school, fitness, personal project, fitness, entertainment. Plan stuff in advance so you're always working towards something. Without that, you'll get depressed.
11. Date with intention. If you stick to the principles, you'll be eligible. Don't flex your ego. Introspect about what you want and refine it over time. Each relationship is a drain of a precious resource of time. It's a shot on goal. Don't waste it by treating it like a movie on Netflix. Cut the ones that aren't working, quickly.
12. Have kids. The world is a beautiful place. Don't shirk responsibility. It's your duty to your ancestors. Come what may financially or in your life, no amount of anything else will drown out the inability to continue your bloodline, no matter the suffering. That's your fundamental duty.
13. Family first. No matter how hard it is and how much it can hurt your ego, you always look after for family. Unconditionally. Never second guess it. It's the foundation.
14. Be kind. Be respectful. Everyone is fighting a battle you don't see. Lead with kindness, and only stop when the other person is prickly. Every person has something awesome about them you can learn from. If you're mean, you definitely won't find it.
15. Lower your ego. If you shift the focus away from yourself and onto helping others: at work, personal life and more, you will be noticed and respected. others will give you attention, you don't have to ask for it.
