Your email responses have denied refund. Please confirm clearly on this thread whether MakeMyTrip’s final position is:

no refund, or
a refund of ₹1000, as earlier offered by email.

If you book a direct flight from Mumbai to Delhi, and the airlines say they will take you to Delhi but via Chennai, then would you go? 

This is a clear case of consumer fraud. You have to refund this

This is a service failure, not a customer-side cancellation. So why is the refund being denied?
