This is raising alarms for traditional retailers who find themselves struggling to compete amid this shift. With nearly 100% supplies and aggressive discounting tactics at play, the future looks bleak for our domestic retail sector.

An estimated 1 lakh shops (Chota Vyapari) are at risk of closure, directly affecting around 5,000 distributors and jeopardizing the livelihoods of approximately 50 lakh individuals who rely on these local businesses. Furthermore, investigations by the @CCI_India (Competition Commission of India) have uncovered troubling evidence of collusion between e-commerce platforms and OEMs, emphasizing the urgent need for regulatory scrutiny.

As we await decisive action from the CCI, it is imperative that the government implements stringent policies to safeguard our traditional retail sector. Without these measures, the dream of 'Atmanirbhar Bharat', championed by our Hon'ble Prime Minister @narendramodi ji, may remain a distant aspiration rather than a tangible reality.

Their non-competitive products in the 10K to 40K range, inconsistent offers, and complex policies are alienating retailers and customers alike.
