GNTWO/E/2019/04652 and GNTWO/E/2019/07979 EPS service details not yet updated.Annex K provided in May2019.I was told by epfo,it will be updated soon. It has been more than 3 years no response &EPS service detail not updated yet. Pls intervene

@IFFCOBAZAR I placed an order 3000619813 on 21st Jul. Called multiple times your customer care, no satisfactory answer on delivery of my order.Order is not even picked up by your courier partner.Really frustrating.Let me know where do i complain. Let me know the escalation level.

@NischalShetty @shardeum Dear Nischal, I see a lot of people are complaining about HTK contest rewards not received yet. The date of reward distribution was 31-mar-22. Even customer care team is not much aware and there is not answer from them too. It is creating a lot of frustration amongst WazirX user.
