1/ Serious issue with HDFC Infinia + SmartBuy hotel bookings

I tried booking a hotel using reward points on HDFC SmartBuy (via MakeMyTrip integration).

Same hotel. Same dates. Same room.

Price on MakeMyTrip: ₹12,000
Price on SmartBuy: ₹25,000 ❗

@makemytrip 4/ If prices are being artificially inflated on SmartBuy:

- Reward points value is misrepresented
- Customers are pushed into poor-value redemptions
- “70% pay with points” becomes meaningless

This needs transparency.

@AJIOLife @AjioCares - Received a completely wrong product. Created a return for it. Why the platform fee of ₹29 is not refunded? It is the the technical issue with the platform itself which lead to me getting wrong product.
