@TRAI Now, it has become the source of harrasment. Banks are now using service calls for promotional calls and sell their loans/ credit cards. @TRAI needs to control this and regularise the usage of 1600 series number.

These requests are pending from more than last six (6) months. Your representatives are giving no response. Even the dedicated RM doesn't have any clue of what documents are required and how to conclude these things. We are quite fed up of such service. (2/3)

@TRAI The problem is, now banks are using the service calls to sell personal loans. Initially, they talk about account and then switch to selling loans..!! How to stop this? Can't bank be made more responsible of consumer's time? If someone wants loan, he/she will approach.
