@Wegiveyouhealt1 Megaloblastic anemia can be caught bu simpy doing a CBC test. High MCV, low Hemoglobin, High RDW point towards this anemia. If these levels are normal, go for a Quant Serum MMA test, which is gold standard for b12 deficiency. If MMA is high, injection can be taken.
