सूरत में एक परिवार ने पूजा के बाद विसर्जन सामग्री के साथ दो लाख रुपए नकद भी नहर में विसर्जित कर दिए. परिवार को जब इस बात का पता चला तो उन्होंने फायर ब्रिगेड से संपर्क किया. फायर ब्रिगेड के गोताखोरों ने पानी से दो लाख रुपए कैश प्राप्त कर परिवार को लौटा दिए.
