He got a 100 in Melbourne, which many can only dream. Like you & Me.

Why are no.3s not given a proper run, why are players not brought in from Ranji setup and from when has IPL performance become a benchmark for Test setup. The plan should always be to go for specialists and not part-timers. Even a club game makes a more balanced team.

There is no doubt whatsoever on his exact role. He is top order batter who can bowl accurate line and lengths offspins. His role is with both bat and ball. With bat, its to stich partnerships and with ball, its to chip in few wickets and bowl defensively.
