ED has provisionally attached immovable properties under PMLA, 2002 having an estimated current market value of approximately Rs. 503.48 Crore belonging to M/s Raheja Developers Ltd., as well as in the names of Navin M. Raheja and his family members, in a matter related to defrauding of homebuyers. Total attachments in this case stands at approximately Rs. 1,617.29 Crore, so far.

Today, the NCLAT in Raheja Developers matter of Krishna Housing has announced in its order that the section 7 is limited to just the project and all others can proceed as per law. There is no moratorium on Revanta now & stalled matters in NCDRC, RERA and other forums can proceed
