I made a new blog post: what Bitcoin Core does when a peer sends a TX message tracing the full path from message to the mempool.

👏 Shoutout @nitroxgas from @founderhaus for developing this masterpiece at @ipecity.
Another good day to yodl pay.
The @ipecity popup is primarily a space to update our mental models about governance, not just to build tech infrastructure.
Technology is downstream of imagination. If we cannot envision a different future, we cannot build it.
We explore this through buildathons, vibecoding, and hands-on experimentation.
Last Thursday at our meetup, we gave the community a simple challenge: vibecode a dashboard for the city you would like to live in.
What seemed like a straightforward prompt produced completely different approaches. Builders chose different metrics, visualizations, and ways of representing the city.
George from our community created the app shown in the video below, where social and financial data are represented as physical structures.
It is a small example of how much innovation can emerge from asking the right question.
After decades of centralized and monopolized governance, many people struggle to imagine alternatives.
By running pop-up cities and using AI to rapidly prototype new tools, services, and operating systems for cities, we help builders see the opportunities in this space and the value that can be unlocked over the next decade.
While people talk about the future, in Florianópolis we’ll be prototyping it for a month.
Builders and founders from around the world building together.
Some will wait for it. Others will be at @ipecity

@palomalecheta@niftynei It was my intended project for BTC++, until a car crash in the monday before... But I'll put one NerdNOS to mine with one Asic in it's dashboard. Power and control the AC over the OBD2 connector. And have NOS in an eletric car.😝 BYD Bitcoin Your Dreams
