The flyovers should be built like the ones in Bangalore ORR, with provision in center of the road for building metro pillars in future.. Planning for Double decker for metro cum road will look futuristic on papers but has potential to slow down this Bypass extension.

2) The current metro DPR for phase 1 covers the area out of the city proper upto Neelambur. Even if the current City proper alone was considered the population should be more than 2 million and when including entire the metro coverage area as per plan it should be further more.
