Rick Ross’ final two anniversary tour stops were suddenly canceled.
Blumenthal Arts officially confirmed that Ross’ August 29 performance at Charlotte’s Belk Theater was canceled due to “unforeseen circumstances”, with ticket holders receiving automatic refunds.
Charlotte was originally announced as the final stop of his 17 city “Port of Miami” 20th Anniversary Black-Tie Experience. However, the August 28 Greensboro show was also canceled and will not be rescheduled, according to the Tanger Center and Ticketmaster.
The original itinerary published by iHeartRadio and JamBase confirms Greensboro and Charlotte were supposed to close the tour.
No reason beyond “unforeseen circumstances” has been publicly confirmed.
