Rick Ross’ final two anniversary tour stops were suddenly canceled.

Blumenthal Arts⁠ officially confirmed that Ross’ August 29 performance at Charlotte’s Belk Theater was canceled due to “unforeseen circumstances”, with ticket holders receiving automatic refunds.

Charlotte was originally announced as the final stop of his 17 city “Port of Miami” 20th Anniversary Black-Tie Experience. However, the August 28 Greensboro show was also canceled and will not be rescheduled, according to the Tanger Center and Ticketmaster⁠.

The original itinerary published by iHeartRadio⁠ and JamBase⁠ confirms Greensboro and Charlotte were supposed to close the tour.

No reason beyond “unforeseen circumstances” has been publicly confirmed.

50 Cent wasted no time clowning Rick Ross after the final two stops of his “Port of Miami” 20th anniversary tour were canceled.

The August 28 show in Greensboro and August 29 finale in Charlotte were both called off due to “unforeseen circumstances”, with fans receiving refunds.

50 shared the news on his Instagram account and wrote:

50 Cent is pulling more daily Spotify streams than two Jay-Z classics combined.

“Before I Self Destruct” crossed 600 million Spotify streams this week, giving the 2009 album a higher total than “The Blueprint” and “Reasonable Doubt” individually.

BISD is also reportedly gaining more daily plays than both Jay-Z albums combined, despite Hov’s catalog returning to Spotify in 2019.

50 Cent told Ebro Darden and Nadeska Alexis on Apple Music’s post VERZUZ Rap Life Review that fans may never get another full album but “Paid in Full” could bring new music out of him:

“Imma put a piece here and there to let yall know I still got it, tie it to something and just let it go. I’ll do something for ‘Paid in Full’”.

Fif explained that hip-hop is connected to youth culture and he has no interest in forcing another album. Instead, he would rather release occasional songs through the film and television projects he’s building.
