@seraleev This isn’t really unique to Hong Kong. For VAT-registered companies in Europe, B2B ad spend is handled via reverse charge, so you dont pay the VAT.

You should look into Place of effective management principles to avoid any potential issues in the future though.

In Europe, to pay them properly, they usually need to have a legal business entity or registered self-employed status, and provide the necessary tax documentation, such as a certificate of fiscal residence.
