I am stuck as no one are helping to just update the number of guests correction for my booking. I am not able to even cancel the booking. Please resolve this urgently

Booked 2 rooms for 3 adults and 1 child, but the confirmed booking shows 3 adults. No option available on the app to modify no of guests, asked to reach out to property for updating the no of guests. Got response from property that this should be done from the booking site.
