@karenpaulscbc They’re also ripping off sellers — I posted and sold tickets, followed all instructions from StubHub agents, to lose my tickets (transferred to a buyer) and then not get paid post match.

@toonhound@realCarola2Hope@TeamStubHub Perhaps it is on person #2 to resell them, but that should mean I am paid for the order at the minimum. Not lose my tickets, and not get my money. This was the communication about the order until postgame where they said I didn’t fulfill the requirements with no explanation.

@realCarola2Hope@TeamStubHub Yup. I transferred my tickets, am receiving no payout for sending, and on the hook for the cost of the tickets. Apparently there’s nothing they can do. Cant speak to a human or get an explanation as to how they got to this decision.

@TeamStubHub@StubHub@ScottFriedman3 But, now (post match), they’re saying that i owe THEM $1004. So they stole my tickets, didn’t send them back to me (loss of $2400) and then are charging me additional fees after saying it was canceled back in April.

May I DM for the process you went through with Amex? StubHub has given me difference answers
