dulu pas mintol ambilin sarang tawon 🐝, pernah nanya kyk gitu ke petugasnya.

jadi, damkar udah punya tim yg standby utk panggilan darurat, tapi juga menyediakan tim lain buat ngurusin aduan non darurat —diurutkan berdasarkan prioritas.

fungsi tim ini ada banyak:

- buat melatih skill & kesigapan petugas di lapangan, ngapalin medan jalan di wilayahnya, dll, yg gak akan bisa rutin terlatih kalo harus nunggu ada kebakaran dulu.

- untuk cek alat, jadi ga perlu heran kalau kadang terlihat lebay mereka keluarin alat-alatnya, itu sekalian untuk ngecek apakah alatnya masih oke atau nggak.

- untuk membiasakan masyarakat agar jangan sungkan langsung lapor, familiar dg cara lapornya, biar ga bingung kalo nanti beneran butuh pas darurat.

jadi kalo mau lapor damkar ga perlu khawatir bakal ngrepotin, karena itu bisa membantu mereka juga. toh mereka jg pasti akan mengurutkan prioritasnya, dan tau lah mana yg niatnya cuma iseng doang wkw

How I created the Aztecs for Age of Empires 2: The Conquerors.

Naturally I wanted the Aztecs. They were natural enemies of the Spanish. As with the Mayans, I determined that they would not have guns or horses. I’ve always been fascinated by the Aztecs. If there’s truth to the “Every man at about 30 years of age is assigned an empire.” Mine might have been the Aztecs.

As I’d learned on Rise of Rome, every civ needed both a military & an economic bonus. For the Aztec economic bonus, I gave them Loom for free – this is a town center upgrade that boosts villager hit points and armor. This was doubly useful – not only were their villagers tougher, but they also didn’t have to spend time researching Loom at the town center, when it could be doing better things (like training villagers). This boost was taken away in a later version of the game. Now instead Aztecs just get 50 extra gold. This is better in one way, because you could use the gold for something besides Loom (which costs 50 gold). But it’s worse in another, because now you DO have to use your town center’s precious time to research it, which takes as long as a whole villager.

I also had Aztec villagers carry extra resources. Originally I had them carry +5 resources, but again MicroSoft nerfed it later on so now it’s only +3 resources. It’s still good though, and the reason should be obvious – Aztec villagers have to take fewer trips to the resource pile. Since they aren’t doing anything useful on those trips, this means that you can either simply enjoy the extra gathering they accomplish, or you can build fewer resource pits because it’s not as bad when they have to walk a little ways. This resource boost is particularly good when they are farming, which is most of the game.
