Nowadays whenever I go Text Book centre and other big stationery shops along Kenyatta avenue, I find the price on displayed items being less than the one charged at the counter and when you ask the explanation is that there is a price change. Hii ni utaperi ama ni nini?

@KeEquityBank I visited Kasarani branch today (Saturday) at 11.45 but what surprised me was that I got a ticket no. 138 and the counter was calling no. 074: almost halfway. This is not a sign of efficiency and there were only two cashiers.

@Ma3Route @Muhoss I believe the government knows where all this metal is sold but they don't act on the buyers. This will continue so long as there is market for the scrap metal.

Its unethical for malls to charge parking for zero time. You visit your bank branch based on the wrong info provided on their website, only to find it closed but you have to pay for parking. You leave feeling both cheated and ripped off.

@Barclays_Kenya Thank you for your response. Your website still indicates the TRM branch closes at 8.00 pm, which made me drive there from town only to find that they close at 6.00. Other branches like Sarit that used to close at 8.00 pm had the information updated on the website but not TRM.
